Bill took an early retirement from
ministry and entered real estate, putting his license with KELLER
WILLIAMS®
Town & Country Realty--an office known for its excellent training
program. He won the office's annual "Young Lion" award
that year, basically "Rookie-of-the-year" in an office that added
over seventy agents that year.
Bill then got his Real Estate Brokers’
License and a Mortgage Brokers’ License. When he did, he changed
companies to work with a new office, Family Realty Group, L.L.C.,
which was affiliated with Family First Mortgage Group. This change
allowed him to begin working with the financing side of the
transaction, thus being able to give his customers more and better
service. He also gained some “small office” experience which was
helpful in starting his business, Groover Realty, L.L.C., now doing
business as
Call Your
Neighbor Complete Real
Estate Services. In his first year he added five new
agents.
Bill's commitment to being the best
REALTOR®
for you that he can be is seen in his commitment to professional
education and training. He is a Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS) and a member of the Council of Residential
Specialists, a Graduate of the REALTORS®
Institute (GRI), holds the e-PRO designation, a Certified Leadership Graduate (CLG)
from the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®, and has
met all the requirements (except paying the fee) to be an Accredited Buyers' Representative
(ABR). He has begun the Certified International
Property Specialist coursework (CIPS).
He is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and
has earned enough points to qualifiy for
the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS).
In his first partial year as a REALTOR®,
Bill barely missed earning a Bronze Award for production with
the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®,
in spite of only being active seven months. After his first
full year, Bill received a Silver Production Award, and in
his third year his sales qualified him for a Gold Production
Award.
Prior to entering real estate, Bill was
a Pastor for over twenty years. He also taught several
disciplines at the seminary (masters degree) and college levels.

All of these sermons are copyrighted, but feel free to use them as
long as you acknowledge the source, don't sell them, don't publish
more than 100 copies, and identify any changes as yours. I didn't
preach a lot of monologues; these manuscripts just lent themselves
to publication easier than most sermons. These and other sermons can
